The courier will call and inform the recipient of their estimated arrival. If the recipient is not there, they can arrange the deposit of the parcel at the nearest pick-up point in the area. There, the parcel will be available for pick-up even on the same day. If storage at a pick-up point does not work for the recipient or they do not accept the call, the courier will try to deliver their parcel again the next workday. If the recipient is not present at the delivery address even this time, they can ask the courier to deposit the parcel at a pick-up point. However, if the recipient doesn‘t accept the call upon the second delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
