• What can I win?

  There is competition for 101 prizes, namely 50 Honor smart phones, 50 Honor mobile phones and 1 Fiat 500 car.

  How do I enter the competition?

  Pay with a Visa card in the Packeta app and you are automatically entered into the drawing for super prizes. Whether you pay cash on delivery via the app or send a parcel, with each payment you are closer to winning Fiat keys. The more payments you make through the app, the more chance you have to win.

  Who can compete?

  Anyone who is at least 18 years old and meets the conditions of the competition. You can find them HERE.

  Can I participate in the competition more than once?

  Yes. we will enter you into the draw each time you pay with a Visa card in the Packeta app during the competition period. The competition runs from 20 November to 17 December 2023.

  What is the minimum amount I have to pay with a Visa card to be included in the competition?

  There is no price limit for participating in the competition.

  How do I pay cash on delivery via the app?

  It is simple. In the app, click on the "Pay cash on delivery" button for the parcel that Packeta delivers to you. Don't forget, if you want to play for great prizes, you have to pay cash on delivery with a Visa card!

  How can I download the Packeta app?

  You can find all information about our application HERE. The mobile application is available for both iOS and Android operating systems, so it can be downloaded from both the Apple Store and the Google Play Store.

  How and when will the draw take place?

  The winners will be drawn on a weekly basis every Tuesday by random selection with the participation of a notary. The FIAT 500 grand prize draw will take place on 19/12/2023. All payments are cumulative, which means that if you do not win in any round of the draw, you are automatically entered in the next one.

  How will I know if I won?

  You can find the updated list of winners on our website www.packeta.sk/sutazspacketou. All winners will be contacted by phone after each drawing.

  When paying by card in the Packeta app, are my Visa card data safe?

  Yes, using the app is completely safe. We use SMS verification and the bank's payment gateway. You also don't have to worry about the misuse of sensitive data from your Visa card. Thanks to the Visa Token Service, the data is transformed into a string of numbers and is not stored anywhere else.

  What should I do if I have a technical problem with the app?

  Try to update the application, or log out of it and log in again. If the problem persists, please contact us via our contact form.
