• Do I really have to write the password from the application on the shipment?

  Yes, it is absolutely necessary to identify the shipment. Therefore, write the password on the shipment legibly and with such a marker that it cannot be deleted. You can also print the submission password and stick it on the shipment.

  Can I stick the password on the shipment in the form of a label or print it out?

  Yes, you can write the password on a piece of paper and then stick it on the parcel or print the password. Please cover the label with transparent adhesive tape so that it does not come off or get damaged during transport.

  Am I really not sticking any label on the shipment with the address of the recipient or the destination delivery point?

  Indeed. Our goal is to minimize unnecessary bureaucracy and make your life as simple as possible. That's why it's enough if you write the submission password on the shipment — and that's it.

• How many parcels can I put in one mailbox?

  Only one single parcel. If you put two parcels in the mailbox and provide both with the same passwords, we will not be able to send them, even if you put two parcels in the mailbox with different submission passwords.

  How do I choose the right box size for my shipment?

  Measure your shipment and compare it with the dimensions of the individual boxes. The small box measures 45 x 8 x 61 cm, the medium box measures 45 x 17 x 61 cm and the large box measures 45 x 36 x 61 cm.

  How do I know in which specific mailbox I should put the shipment?

  After clicking on "Open Z-BOX", the selected mailbox will open automatically. The application will also show you the column and row number, and you will also see the given mailbox visually highlighted in the application.

  Why can't I submit an oversized shipment via Z-BOX?

  The dimensions of the largest Z-BOX box are 45 x 36 x 61 cm (box size L), while for oversized shipments we allow dimensions of up to 40 x 50 x 60 and the sum of three sides 150 cm. Large boxes do not fit into the Z-BOX, and in addition, their permitted weight of up to 15 kg does not allow comfortable and safe insertion.

• How should I pack a shipment sent via Z-BOX?

  Follow our advice for the correct packaging of shipments. It is ideal to place the item being shipped in a cardboard box that is slightly larger than the item to ensure deformation zones. You can also choose bubble wrap or a solid plastic bag. The more regular the shape of the parcel, the better. Keep in mind that the shipment travels by cumulative transport and must be secured against damage.

• With Z-BOX, I found out that my shipment does not fit into the box I chose.

  In the application, you can click on "Change clipboard size" to select a different, larger clipboard. If a larger mailbox is not available in any nearby box at the moment, you can choose another Z-BOX: look directly in the app at the branch map and find out which box you still have nearby. Alternatively, submit the shipment at any of our brick-and-mortar drop-off points.

  What should I do if my mailbox opens with a shipment already in it?

  Select the option "The mailbox contains a package" in Packeta mobile application, close the mailbox door and select a different mailbox size in the application.

  If the recipient does not pick up my shipment submitted via Z-BOX, what happens to it?

  The shipment will be moved from the Z-BOX to the nearest brick-and-mortar pick-up point after the deadline for collection. At this moment, you will receive information from us (via the application and e-mail) and you will be able to pick up the shipment at the given pick-up point.

  I don't currently have mobile data. Can I still submit a shipment via Z-BOX?

  Not. It is necessary to be online for submission, i.e. have a Wi-Fi connection or mobile data turned on.

  I chose submission via Z-BOX, selected a mailbox, but in the end I would prefer to submit my parcel via a brick-and-mortar drop-off point of Packeta. What should I do?

  You can change your mind at any time and submit your parcel at the drop-off point. Feel free to go to the brick-and-mortar drop-off point and report the delivery password you wrote on the parcel to the operator here. You can find a map of all delivery points here under the filter of the drop-off point.

• To which countries can I deliver via Z-BOX?

  Currently to the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.

  For how much can I send a parcel via Z-BOX?

  You can send the shipment via Z-BOX for the same price as for the "Between Us" service - where you can see the current pricelist.

  Can I submit a shipment with delivery to an address via Z-BOX?

  Clearly! When submitting a shipment in the application, in the third step (Where), you choose whether you want to send the package to the pick-up point, to the Z-BOX or to the address. All our delivery methods and details can be found here.
