• What can I win?

  There is competition for valuable prizes, namely 28 iPhone mobile phones.

  How do I enter the competition?

  Pay with a Visa card in the Packeta app, save it in the app for further payments and you are automatically entered into the draw for super prizes. Whether you pay cash on delivery via the app or send a parcel, every payment counts. Attention, it only applies to newly saved cards during the competition period and to parcels delivered to Z-BOXes or to Packeta pick-up points, which can be paid for via the Packeta application.

  Who can compete?

  Anyone who is at least 18 years old and meets the conditions of the competition. You can find them HERE.

  What is the minimum amount I have to pay with a Visa card to be included in the competition?

  The condition of participation in the competition is considered to be fulfilled for each paid parcel in the Packeta application, which has a minimum value of 0.01 EUR. The newly saved Visa card must be used for payment.

  How do I pay cash on delivery via the app?

  It is simple. In the app, you click on the "Pay cash on delivery" button for the parcel that Packeta delivers to you. Don't forget, if you want to play for great prizes, you have to pay cash on delivery with a Visa card and save it in the app!

  How can I download the Packeta app?

  You can find all information about our application HERE. The mobile application is available for both iOS and Android operating systems, so it can be downloaded from both the Apple Store and the Google Play Store.

  How and when will the draw take place?

  The winners will be drawn on a weekly basis every Tuesday by random selection with the participation of a notary. The last draw will take place on 2.7. 2024. If you do not win in any round of the draw, you are automatically included in the next one, so save your card as soon as possible for a better chance of winning.

  Can I participate in the competition more than once?

  Yes, if you save a new Visa card in the application with each subsequent cash on delivery payment, you are automatically included in the competition with this card as well.

  How will I know if I won?

  You can find the updated list of winners on our website www.packeta.sk/sutazspacketou2024. All winners will be contacted after each draw by phone at the phone number they provided for the purposes of the competition.

  When paying by card in the Packeta app, are my Visa card data safe?

  Yes, using the app is completely safe. We use SMS verification and the bank's payment gateway. You also don't have to worry about the misuse of sensitive data from your Visa card. Thanks to the Visa Token Service, the data is transformed into a string of numbers and is not stored anywhere else.

  What should I do if I have a technical problem with the app?

  Try to update the application, or log out of it and log in again. If the problem persists, please contact us via our contact form.
