Parameters of parcels that can be sent to the UAE:

Minimum size: 10 x 7 x 1 cm

Maximum length of the longest side of the parcel: 70 cm

Maximum sum of all sides of a parcel: 120 cm

Maximum weight: 10 kg

Parcels that exceed these maximum parameters may be placed in a higher price category."

Rules for calculating volumetrics

In air transportation, the conversion of the weight of parcels to volumetric weight is applied. The weight of each parcel is converted by the formula in cm: width x length x height / 5000 = volumetric weight. According to the carrier's rules, the weight of the parcel that has the higher value is always invoiced. You can find the delivery price according to the volumetric weight in the price list in the client section.

Customs declaration

Customs declaration of parcels is not included in the price of the shipment. The amount of the customs fee is determined by the local customs office and according to the currently valid standards. The customs fee is payable by the recipient of the parcel, either by card or cash on receipt of the parcel from the courier.

The export accompanying document is not issued automatically, it can be issued on request.

For a smooth delivery of the parcel, it is always necessary to fill in all mandatory items of the customs declaration.

Excluded Goods

We deliver parcels to the UAE exclusively by air transportation. For this reason, we cannot transport goods that are automatically excluded from air transport by applicable legislation (e.g. weapons including imitation firearms, explosives, ammunition, narcotics and drugs, chemicals, batteries, dry ice, radioactive substances, lighters, aerosols (sprays), gas cylinders or magnetic materials).

Specifics of the Arab market

The UAE is an area with specific restrictions on the goods transported. Due to the climatic and cultural conditions, food, alcohol, tobacco or anti-Islamic materials, for example, cannot be delivered to the Emirates.
